La Vida Bella Vineyard has a small block of 100 Italian Olive Trees featuring four varieties of olive. Our olives are hand harvested, taken directly to press and brought back same day. Oil is allowed to settle for three months before bottling. The smooth buttery flavor pairs well with any dish. An excellent finishing and dipping oil.
Appellation: Santa Cruz Mountains, CA USA
Olives: 50% Leccino, 25% Frantoio, 15% Maurino
and 10% Pendolino.
